3 – Booking requests and enquiries
Submitting a website form opens a WhatsApp message for you to review and send; it does not create a confirmed appointment or payment. The appointment, service location and requested tests are agreed after the laboratory team confirms them. To change or cancel a request, contact the team directly by phone or WhatsApp. The website does not currently offer online payments.
4 – Home visit service
Home visits are free within Taif, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with advance booking and confirmation of availability. Test and package charges are separate from the free visit. Arrival within around one working hour is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment time; the team confirms timing based on location, availability and the suitability of tests for home collection.
5 – Prices, packages and offers
Displayed prices are in Saudi riyals and apply to the tests named alongside them. Confirm the final price, package contents and any offer conditions with the laboratory before booking. Prices and availability may change, and offers have periods and conditions explained by the laboratory. Viewing a price or sending a website enquiry does not purchase a service or reserve an offer.
6 – Results and turnaround times
Most routine test results are available within 24 hours; cultures and specialist tests may take 48–72 hours. These estimates depend on the test and sample condition. Access results through the dedicated portal using the login details supplied by the laboratory. Keep them confidential and contact results support if needed.
7 – Links and website content
The website links to separate services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and the results portal, which have their own terms and procedures. Commercial use of the laboratory's name, logo or images, or republication implying an official relationship, requires the laboratory's permission. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.
