1 – Scope of this policy
This policy explains information use on the public website of Rawdah Alttib Laboratory in Taif, Shahar district, Shahar Street, below Le Rêve Hotel. It covers enquiry forms, home visit requests and contact links. Patient information and reports in the results portal are also subject to that service's notices and procedures; this page does not describe every medical-record process within the laboratory.
2 – Information you choose to provide
The home visit form asks for the patient's full name, contact mobile number, date of birth, requested tests or package, preferred date (or the earliest available appointment), a preferred time window when choosing a date, city, neighborhood and detailed address. A map link and notes about access or assistance are optional. When booking for someone else, it also asks for the booker's name and relationship to the patient; the team confirms the patient's contact details and the booker's authorization during follow-up. The form includes an acknowledgment of the privacy notice and using the booking details for contact and visit arrangements via WhatsApp. The package enquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, test category and optional notes. Information you send is used to answer your enquiry and arrange your requested service. You can call the laboratory instead of using a form. Do not enter identity numbers, passwords or medical-report details in the notes field.
3 – How the WhatsApp forms work
When you press a request button, the website creates and opens a WhatsApp link containing your entries, so you can review and send the message yourself. Opening the link shares the information in it with WhatsApp under its policy; the laboratory receives the message when you send it. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm a booking. These website forms do not submit entries to a website database.
4 – Results and external services
Results are accessed through a separate portal whose system is provided by National Technology. The public website does not request your results password or display patient reports. WhatsApp and Google Maps links open services with their own privacy policies and terms, and their data-processing locations may differ. Review the relevant service's policy when you open it.
5 – Browsing and technical information
The public website does not add advertising tools, visitor analytics or tracking cookies. Your language choice is kept in the page URL. Hosting may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser and request time, to operate and protect the site. External services and the results portal have their own mechanisms, which are separate from the public website's technical behavior described here.
6 – Retention of information
The website does not save form entries in a website database. After you send a message, the laboratory's retention depends on following up your request and any relevant legal obligations; the communication service also applies its own policies. This page does not set a single retention period for patient records. Contact the laboratory to ask which period applies to your information or to request deletion where there is no continuing lawful need to retain it.
7 – Your rights and privacy requests
Subject to Saudi personal data protection law and its conditions, your rights include knowing why your information is collected, accessing it and obtaining a readable copy, requesting correction or completion, and requesting destruction when it is no longer needed under the applicable rules. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact the laboratory by phone or WhatsApp to exercise your rights; identity verification may be necessary to protect your information. You may also complain to the competent authority, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
